About The Counsellor

Ruchika Aggarwal

Ruchika Aggarwal is a tenured professional who believes in shaping a career by providing the right guidance and structured counseling. She has a passion for career counselling and continues to perform some research around the topic.

A Banker by profession with 18+ years of experience across banking and financial institutions, she is also a certified career Analyst and a certified Global Career Counsellor, UCLA Extension. She has been a good listener who would like to understand the requirements in great detail, based on which she provides direction to solve career-related puzzles.
